The IAABO junior league works in conjunction with the IAABO BOARD 173 officials association to utilize the opportunities for identifying new and beginning officials to our organization, so that they may improve in all facets of their officiating skill levels. The league also provides opportunities for our officials who have been selected in the association’s ODP (Officials Development Program) which pairs younger officials with mentors.

The success of the Junior League program (the largest in St. Charles County) as an arm of the IAABO officials association has proved vital in identifying and promoting younger officials for advancement in our association. It is a great partnership that we have and is unprecedented in the St. Louis area for officials who are looking to improve and become the best they can be for the schools in which IAABO BOARD 173 serves.
